Process
A solid paper from APP Elysium was used as the foundation of the page. The photo was clipped to a fotoblendz mask. The photo was duplicated, changed to black and white with the blending mode changed to hard light (reduced opacity). A brush from Doors 3 was stamped onto the page and resized. An artsy paper from APP Remarkable was clipped to the brush, duplicated 3 more times with the blending mode changed to linear. The surrogate court document (lucky to have this!) was scan. The contrast and brightness were increased. Using the magic wand the white area was highlighted, then deleted. Artsy Transfer Elysium_4 was layered onto the page. Some of the layers were turned off or moved. Splatters from the transfers were added. Dimensional elements and word art were added to complete the page.
