May Challenge #3: Creative Photo Editing at Oscraps

I used the Light action posted in the thread: https://www.brusheezy.com/actions/27369-light-effect-action. I duplicated the photo and ran the action on the second photo layer. I duplicated that layer then played with blending modes. The second layer was set to Linear Dodge and the third photo layer is set to Overlay.
