I took this at the Punkin Patch last year and have just been waiting for the perfect kit. I found it in Lynn Grieveson's new kit, available today at Designer Digitals, called Daydreams For You. It's not often I get to do a girly page, so I really had fun with this one. I used a template for this and very nicely saved the info in "file info", except it isn't there.
