I gave the photo an artistic look with the Artistic Filters in Photoshop and Topaz Impressions. I enhanced the colors with the Curves Adjustment layers.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a Foto N FrameBlendz. I made a sketch of the photo and placed that under it. I placed the background paper from APP Anew and duplicated it! With a selection on a new layer, I gave the letters on the paper a green color. I placed all the brushes and colored them in. I placed some transfers from APP Anew. I placed the WordArt and colored it in.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
