One of my earliest ArtPlay Palettes was Saffon Villa. I was reminded of this, and inspired by, Marleen's wonderful windmill page

AnnaBlendz Artsy 6

Process:
- The background is a Saffron Villa paper used twice with masks and eraser to get the lines I wanted, then some transfers from Saffron.
- Photo is masked with a duplicated brush from Artsy 6, then a copy of the photo is placed behind to extend the line of boats, this one with the smart edges filter and a levels adjustment. A 3rd copy of the photo with an inverted mask used to brush in bits of color.
- Artsy Transfers Old World used for a little color and texture, and warm glows for additional light and yellowness.
As a somewhat funny side note, as I approached the railing to take this lovely picture, my husband pointed out the rat at my feet rushing to get away, At least he wasn't dragging away a piece of pizza (ref viral video from New York City). Of course, here, it would more likely be a crab sandwich :-)
