Notes: Artsy paper 1 as the foundation and bringing in the photo, resizing and positioning and blended to Color Burn which brought out the background paper through the photo. I stamped the brush mask over the photo, rotating it and duplicating the photo, clipped it to the mask. I blended the mask to Soft Light which brought out the top of the photo a little more. With a layer mask attached to the main photo after loading the word art brushes, I knocked out the quote in the photo at the left side towards the bottom.

Underneath the photo at the bottom, I slipped the lace transfer and gave it a little shadow. I also placed transfers on both sides of the photo. A variety of gold paint frames the photo on three sides and the harlequin overlay is over the photo.

Creating a circle with the Shape Tool and messing about with some filters on the photo, I clipped the photo to the circle and duplicated the set two more times. After placing them around the main photo, I added different solid color adjustment layer to each blending and adjusting opacity. the title was added and a gradient adjustment layer was clipped to it, using colors from the palette and blended to Linear Burn. The quote was added to the page.

Over these layers the stitched frame was added along with the sequence and flowers. Then just above the foundation layer is the script tease overlay, recolored to a soft turquoise taken from the palette and blended to Linear Burn.
Awesome photo treatments...including 3 different versions. Love all the details you included.
