I think this is going to be the one. It will be in three pieces. The red background (on a single-fold card), the 4 x 6 photo block, and the brown square adhered with a pop dot. I think I'm going to also use my little glitter pen that I just got to fancy up the vines on the red paper. Maybe the "C" too. We'll see how ambitious I get. I also have a holly punch that I'm going to punch some holly out and stick it under the corners of the photo block.
