Here's my entry for the Oct 2010 Creative Techniques Challenge. I have to admit that I just clicked around the filters until I got to this, but the route was Filter>Sketch>Stamp. I have no idea how it ended up blue - no matter how hard I tried to recreate it, I couldn't make it blue again, all other incarnations came up greyish/black. So blue it stayed, and thus this dictated which papers I used - the gorgeous new kit by Ninascraps called Sometimes http://www.oscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=25509&cat=328&page=1
Don't you just love it* / hate it* when you achieve a great effect using the filters / blends etc and then when you try to recreate it you get something different!!!
