The Process
I chose a background paper from Artplay Palette Beautiful Day and rotated it. Using a Watercolor FotoBlendz 3 mask, I duplicated it and warped it to make a more rounded shape for my photo. I clipped it to my photo and then placed several transfers from Artplay Palette Beautiful Day behind it. I used a transfer from Artplay Palette Storm and clipped it to the Watercolor Feathers 1, changing the mode to hard light. For the 12 x 12 Polka Dot Edges overlay I changed the color by using the magic wand tool and highlighting the black areas and filling them in with blue and reduced the opacity to fade it into the page. Elements, frames, strokes and word art were added to complete the page.
