Springtime and flowering trees are my happy place for photography. My neighbors have several flowering cherry trees that I photograph each spring...soon they'll be flowering again.

Process:

On a new blank canvas, Among Friends Painted Paper was placed. My cherry blossom photo was placed and duplicated with an inverted mask. Fotoblendz was placed and recolored to soft pink. WordArt, brushwork and transfer was placed beneath the photo. Additional GoldPaint was added around the layout, and additional brushes from tropical flowers, Converse, and Palette brushes were used to fill in the background, and around the edges of the flowers. The cluster and friends stamp completed the page. A levels adjustment was added to the page for a little brightening.
