For this layout I used ArtPlay Inkling Collection, which is on sale for one week from 12th January.
Process
The foundation of this page is SolidPaper4 (duplicated with blending mode Color Burn).
Added MultiMedia Winter No. 3 element (#4) and placed "Cherish" wordART under the elements. For the word "Moment" I used the font John Davidson. Applied several Layer Style to this layer: Bevel Shadow, Bevel Highlights, Satin overlay, Outer Stroke and Drop Shadow.
Placed a couple of layers of Inkling ArtsyTransfers, overlays, transfers, stains, textures and brushes under the cluster (you can find all I used in the Credit list section). I added a FotoBlendz Overlay and clipped an ArtsyPaper to it.
