METHOD:
I took 2 BG papers and blended them using a colour overlay. I popped the photo on and added a frame. I then added some transfers. Using some of the elements I placed them around the page. I added the Urban Threadz and the metal word + shadow. I added the script teaze from APP Bliss, recoloured white and put over the photo twice.
