Process
I used for this page a paper from "Chatter". On the right side came brushes, transfers and a photo mask and clipped my photo in the mask.
I framed the photo and doubled the frame. Then I rotated this frame.
Finally I added elements and WordArt from "Chatter" and JazzedUp LoopDaLoop No 2.
