It is still not too late to act. It will take a far-reaching vision, it will take courage, it will take fierce, fierce determination to act now, to lay the foundations where we may not know all the details about how to shape the ceiling. Process

Using an adapted artsy page from APP_Coolth I added my photograph then using the Camera Raw filter I changed the temperature of the image giving it a blue tint.

Using an inverted mask I blended out the hard edges, duplicated it then added a poster edges effect from the filter gallery.

Brushes and transfers from APP_Bespoke were applied, also some tape texture.

Finally I added some WordART, stitching, a clock embellishment and a quote.
