Made for the August Storybook/Fantasy Challenge at Oscraps

Starting with my paper I changed the Hue and Saturation to better match my photo which I placed on top of the paper. I applied a blending mode of Soft Light to the photo and then duplicated the photo and left it on a normal blend and added a mask and used a soft brush to remove the harsh edge of the photo. I then added my elements and changed the dragon layer to soft light.
