Journaling reads:
During our recent trip down across the border to the U.S. we
stopped for gas at little place called Weed There wasnt
much there to speak of, just a couple of gas stations and
a few Truck Stops to grab something quick to eat. It was
very hot and my husband quickly ran into the gas station
to pay for our fill up and get a couple of nice cold bottles
of water. When out of the corner of my eye I spied this very
unusal looking character walking down the sidewalk. Well
I quickly jumped out of the vehicle and asked him if I could
take his picture? He had no problem at all with that, he even
let me pet his pet snake Reggie. He told me that he weighed
about 60lbs and he often took him on a walk to get fresh air.
I thanked him very much and he was on his way. Well I told my
husband about him and good thing that I took the pictures!
He did not believe me at first. I guess I cant blame him,
Its not like me to pet a snake!! Let alone ask a stranger for a
photograph!
