Process
A solid white paper from APP Achieve was used as the foundation of the page. Seven thin strip masks were layered horizontally onto the page, equally spaced. The layers were then merged to form 1 single layer. A red paper from APP Red Suit was clipped to the mask. The mask was duplicated and offset with a slightly textured solid white paper from APP Meadow clipped to it. The photo of the statue of liberty was extracted with a blending mode of overlay. The photo was duplicated two more times with the top layer modified using the threshold adjustment with the blending mode changed to mulitiply. The page was completed by adding brush work, artstrokes, transfers, stars and word art.
