We're celebrating big time in our family! My sons cofounded an online sports blog called FanSided eight years ago and grew it into a sports network with many full-time employees and contributors. A couple of weeks ago, their company was acquired by Sports Illustrated/Time Inc. Tonight they returned from New York City where they celebrated with SI. They will continue to run their company per usual, work from home, and now are employed by Time Inc. along with the rest of their team. Not bad for ages 34 (Zach left) and 36 (Adam right). I'm beaming and so pleased to see all their hard work pay off.

Can't begin to tell you how proud I am of you, Zach and Adam! You've impressed me with your creativity, ingenuity, dedication, intelligence, and years of hard work! As you continue to lead FanSided, acquired by Sports Illustrated/Time Inc., into a new chapter, I will continue cheering you on! I respect not only what you've done, but who you are. Sending prayers, hugs, and high fives from a very proud Mom!
