METHOD: After clipping the photo to the Framed Fotoblendz no 1, I imported all 5 balloons from the Multimedia Balloons 2 set. After moving them into place, I copied them, flipped them (transform > horizontal) and moved them around slightly. I also recoloured some of them so they didn't look too similar! I then added the brushes, popped the BG paper on and added the little transfer in the corner. Final touch I added The jazzedup LoopDaLoop no 5 and faded words Celebrate 1. Then *SHOCK* I enlarged it! Clap your hands for me!!!! Such a gorgeous set to work with.
