I loved the antique paper and wanted to showcase a photo of a lavender plant I took a few years ago. I created the OOB/masked frame by duplicating a paint file and merging that into a clipping mask. I clipped my photo to it and then added the frame. For the OOB, I resized the frame and reduced the opacity before adding a layer mask. Then I erased the parts of the frame to uncover the parts of the photo I wanted visible.
