I gave my photo a watercolor filter with JixiPix software (photoshop plugin) I enhanced the colors with the Curves Adjustmentlayers.
In a new document I clipped the photo to 2 WaterColor FotoBlendz. I set the Blendmode on the toplayer to Multiply opacity 40%. I placed the backgroundlayer. I placed the frame. I added all the brushes and transfers. (Some were recolored, and duplicated and rotated). Just playing until I got it how I wanted it. Looking for balance in design and color. I placed the elements like painting some beautiful flowers. I placed the WordArt and gave it a 2 px stroke. On the backgroundlayer I played a little with making a blockdesign. I used one of the brushes and solid colors that I blurred with Gaussian blur.
When I was happy with the composition I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
