Process
Background is solid paper from APP Breathe. First I edited photo with plugin Filter Forge. Then I doubled it and set Blending Mode on Color Burn and Opacity on 73 %.
I merged 3 various WaterColor Foto Blendz. Then I clipped the photo to the Blendz. I also used plugin FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss for the photo.
Added transfers, overlays and elements from APP Breathe, brush from APP Viaggio (recolored), glows (with blending modes Screen and Overlay and stitches.
Then I added Scratched Overlays (recolored) and TissueTextures and wrote the text.
