The rain forest habitat in the zoo is one of my favorite areas. I found these beautiful blue and gold macaws perfectly posed for a photo. I am always in awe of their gorgeous color! The parrot motif was used frequently in the 50s and 60s so I tried to achieve a vintage feel with the photo technique.
