I had to try the tutorial on Painterly Photos by Linda Davis from ArtPlay Unedited. I used papers and elements from ArtPlay Paleets Tres Bon and Fallen Blush by Anna Aspnes. This technique requires Topaz Simplify. I am currently using a trial version but I am loving it and will probably purchase.
