I tried to follow the tutorial Astrid offered (Open Door Effect: http://nbk-design.com/2017/09/open-door-effect-on-letters-in-photoshop/), but did something wrong about 2/3 of the way through, and bailed. Rescued the card by just making the greeting a cut-out. Maybe I will give the tut another shot on a shorter word!
