I started with the photo. I made the photo sharper and gave it a Dry Brush Filter from the Artistic Filters in Photoshop.
In a new document I opened the photo and duplicated it 3 times. I made a frame above the first photolayer and gave it 30 white pixels. I warped the frame. With an inverse selection I deleted the part that was out of the photoframe from the photolayer. On the second photolayer I made my extraction of part of the arm and the wheel. I gave it a dropshadow. I also gave the frame a dropshadow and I warped that shadow. I clipped the 3th photolayer to a round brush to get the splatter effect next to the frame. I brushed a bit of color from the photo back in on it. I placed the backgroundpaper and blended it with a second solid paper. I placed the brushes and transfers. I opened the photo again and made a Threshold from it. I deleted all the white color and gave the black some colors from the photo. I placed the element and the wordart
I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I duplicated the page and made another selection of 30 green pixels. I gave that a Gaussian blur and reduced the opacity for a little glow on the edges of the page. I placed some brushes from BikeLike on the brushes to echo the bicycle. Also over the photo I stamped a colored bicycle at the wheel to get a grungy splatter look on it! Some little bicycles came in the horizon to finish it.
