Berlin, our first city trip. It will always be a special memory. We had such fun there. We rented a bike and explored Berlin. It was wonderful. So much history there.

Process notes:
I USED THE AASPN_ArtPlayPaletteArrive_SolidPaper4 as my background paper. I also added the AASPN_ArtPlayPaletteArrive_ArtsyPaper3, applied a layer mask on it and brushed away parts of the paper. I placed 5 different mask from the Scripttease Photoblendz no. 2 on the background papers and clipped four different papers from the APP Arrive to it and one paper from APP Go Retro. I applied different blending modes on the masks (soft light, vivid light, darken and normal).
I dragged my photo on the layout. I did apply a filter to the photo, but I forgot which one. I duplicated my photo. On the original photo I applied the blending mode Pin light (100%), on the duplicated photo I used the blending mode Color burn (30%). With a layer mask I brushed away the parts of the photo I didn't want to show or where I wanted the background to come through the photo. Anna has a great and fun video for these techniques (AnnaBlendz No. 3 Blending With Brushes).
When I saw the bike sticker in the APP Arrive, I just knew I had to use it, because we had such a blast exploring Berlin by bike. I found a photo of my hubby that fitted perfectly, because he was holding a suitcase and had to sit a bit further of the saddle. I liked the fun effect and applied a sticker layer + shadow to my sweetie.
To finish off my page I added some elements, urban stitchez and the beautiful wordart (I think it is retired in the store).
Thanks for looking!
