I recently learned that this house in on the National Register of Historic Places, quite a thrill since I know my family lived there for many years. Sadly it's not in very good shape, but my photos from 2014 still look pretty good.

Wow, that is amazing! Nothing remains of my grandparents house; it was torn down to build condos.... I hope someone will come and restore this house! Some places are just special and a home from 1811 is one of them! Marvelous and special page!
