I was amazed at the touch of a button what PhotoShop Elements can do for a scanned in picture. The picture in the layout is of me @ three months old. Of course the photo dates from the 70's, so it needed a bit of restoration. It was faded and stained. It also contained alot of red tones from aging and storage. I just had to do a whole layout of the difference this made in my photo.
