I used the Jubilate FotoBlendz to mask the photo. I then copied the hibiscus using the Object Selection tool so I could place it above the frame. I then placed a paper from ArtPlay Palette Jubilate under the masked photo. I was originally going to use a solid background like page I lifted but when I tried the more artsy paper, I just instantly knew that was the way I wanted to go.
