I've been missing for over a month because of family commitments and I'm catching up with Anna's releases so please forgive that I'm a bit behind the rest of the team. This is my husband and his mother from way back; I think he looks about three so it would be 62 years ago! His shirt has little yachts on it which is quite apt as he still loves a bit of sailing!

I started with the photograph which I masked then revealed using brushes from AP Rudeneja, duplicated another twice both layers on soft light mode. The background paper is plain with only a slight texture, on top of this is are a selection of transfers, art strokes and stains from Artsy Transfer Surfs Up. I decided I wanted a bit more depth so added another artsy paper selecting linear burn mode and erasing parts to allow the colour to be at the top of the page. Lastly shell sprinklez, word art, clouds and birds were added.
