Process:
Place a neutral and textured BG paper to blend with ocean waves.
Place WaterColor FotoBlendz and clip blue wavy transfer from AP Beach.
Place mask/brush from AP Beach. Clip paper and photo to the mask. Duplicate photo. Adj blending modes on each photo as desired.
Top photo with transfers. Adjust blending modes.
Complete page with WordArt, texture, transfers, dripped stains, urban threadz, button, glows.
