Steps:
I created the background by using a slightly crumbled paper from the kit and added the photo. Made the photo stretch out over the entire page and then duplicated it. Changed the blend mode on the bottom photo to Bright Light and lowered the opacity to 63%. Changed the blend mode on the top photo to Color Burn and lowered the opacity to 62 %. Then I added a couple of brush and watercolor elements from the bundle behind the photos to add a bit of drama to the photo. At eh lower left corner of the photo is a big boulder that turned very bright with the photo treatments, so I hid that with the cluster. Cut out a piece of paper, added a tiny stroke around it, and added the quote.
