Journaling: Hayden is in love with the texture of crocheted blankets. At six months old, we noticed him weaving his little baby fingers in and out of the woven yarn. Apparently this is pretty destructive behavior, because before we knew it, two hand-made afghans had been ripped to shreds in his crib! Thankfully, the blessing blanket that Grandma Welsh made has stood up to the abuse. Hayden loves to carry his bank-ey around with him when he wakes up. As soon as I see him cuddled up with it on the floor, I know its naptime.
