For the web inspiration challenge. I used my photos for the background--sky, my cousin's fish tank, and my DD and I in the subs in the Bahamas. I was inspired by the blues and the water.
I did use Warping Frames and ArtPlay Palette Mermaids by Anna Aspnes .
