I extracted the flora from the photo. I used some Artistic filters on it.
In a new document I clipped the extracted photo and a copy to 2 FotoBlendz Overlays. I placed the background paper. I started playing with the artsy transfers making a composition around my photolayers. I did some recoloring and rotated some layers. I played around with the artstrokes too! I typed the text, and placed the WordArt. On a new layer with my pen and tablet i made some white lines in the composition.

I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I placed some white accents.
