Process notes:
I started with the solid paper from the ArtPlay Palette Beautiful Day. I added the Painted FB in the middle of the page.
I applied some filters in Radlab on my photo and after that I clipped the photo to the Painted FB. I blended the Painted FB to Hard light. I duplicated the photo twice (they are all clipped to the FB). One I made b&w, blend it to multiply, opacity 66%. On the other one I applied the filter High pass, blended it to lighter, opacity 50%.
I placed my frame over the photo and set the blending mode to Lineair burn.
Underneath the frame and FB/Photos I added some transfers.
I added the sparkled frame, a loop-da-loop stroke and wordart.
