Process:
I started with a Solid (left) and a Patterned (right) paper from APP Glacial.
Used an Incandescence FotoBLendz on the left, a Prismatic FotoBlendz on the right, to blend the large photos. I chose these FotoBlendz because of the included Glows which added nice color to the pages. FotoBlendz stains moved and colored via Edit > Fill.
Used the Frames from Artsy Template 219, adjusting the sizes slightly.
Added MultiMedia Winter, removing the snowflakes and duplicating the bead. I changed the color of the bead to match the lights using a Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer and a Color Overlay Layer.
Another photo was added to the top right, reverse masked, then I used a watercolor brush to brush in just the lightposts.
