Process:
Apply painting effect to photo and clip to FotoBlendz.
Duplicate photo and apply hard light mode to top layer.
Place frame over photo allowing edges to spill outside of frame.
Place WaterColor Balloons under frame, arranging as desired.
Complete page with supporting brushes, elements, title and frame.
