The Armada of Rouen ends in apotheosis, with the Grande Parade when all the sailboats, one after the other, leave the port of ROUEN to LE HAVRE to join the sea. It is a magnificent sight to see all these boats, all sails out, sailors mounted on the drawbars, saluting the crowd scattered on the verdant banks of the Seine. .
