This is a friends vacation photo, but I'm not sure where it's from. Next time, I see her, I'll ask, could be Amsterdam? sure is pretty there.

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 3 as my base. I placed my photo, created a mask by combining two FotoBlendz together. Clipped the photo to the mask. Added a few transfer underneath the photo, reduced the opacity to 38%. Made a composite layer (cmd+shft+opt+E) and applied a sketch PS filter. Used the darken blend mode at 57% opacity. Add more transfers to the top to enhance the sky. Gently masked out several areas for a better flow and look. Added a vellum sheet to give it more of a misty look.
