Page Process-
Photo was clipped to WaterColor Fotoblendz and the page was built from there.
Multiple frames were layered and a number of brushes and transfers were added
Elements were layered in the corner creating a cluster with the bow, tag and labels and then personalizing the tag with names
Quote was added down the side because when placed around the photo it looked cluttered and I wanted to keep the quote so figured out a new option for it
Cool Glows were blended into the photo for visual interest
