Process notes:
I used ArtsyPaper No. 1 as my background. I had previously processed my photo on my iPad using the app Enlight, watercolor filter. I placed my photo, duplicated it, applied a blend mode lighten @ 56% opacity. Added several transfers from the kit on the right hand side to mimic the look of the lift design. For accents I added the banner with the location and a word strip from the APP. Created a composite layer (shft+cmd+opt+e) and used the PhotoShop filter of colored pencil set on screen blend mode at 49%.
