Process
A water color action was used on the photo with the saturation bumped up. Several watercolor fotoblendz masks were layered over the image (resized, rotated, blending mode change to hard light on a couple of them). The image was duplicated 4 times, each image clipped to a mask. A composite image was made, duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light to heighten the colors. The image was duplicated again, this time the blending mode changed to multiply. A layer mask was added and the section with the trees was hidden, leaving the mountain range darker. A solid paper from APP Antiquity was used for the background. The frame was layered under the image, duplicated 2 more times. The page was finished by adding embellishments, threadz, MM birds, splatters and word art.
