PROCESS:
Started with one of Maggies photos of The Great Bath in Bath, Somerset.
Applied Irenes tutorial to the image:

Applied Dry Brush filter
Placed background paper behind the image
Over and around imagestarted adding/layering:
o Glows, transfers, paint, and papers clipped to paint-like masks and edges
Note: For a slight dimensional look to paint surfaces, I usually add an embossed effect at size 0 on the scaleleaves very slight lift without being globby! Also lessen opacity if paint seems to heavy.
Added text, word art, and brushwork on top of above layers
Merged ALL above layers.
Clipped merged image to photo mask in FotoInspired Template Pack No. 2B-8 and sized it to fit it in the mask.
Duplicated and enlarged merged image and clipped sections of it to the remaining photo masks in the template.
Used dark paper on the template background.
