My father-in-law was a folkor-dancer. I found this photo about his team in the family-photo-box.
They lived a tiny village, and every weekend there was a dance-party.
He is on the middle section, on the left side.

Proceed:
I chose a nice solid paper from the kit APP Neige.
Drag two psd format transfers from the kit ArtsyTransfer Neige and placed on the page, on the right side.
Add my old photo, set blending mod to Color Burn. Copy this and set Overlay. Taked the photos on a group, and masked it.
I moved the transfers, how they give me a nice effect.
Added frame from the ArtPlay MiniPalette Milestone, than where nessesary I masked it.
Placed Lace brush, and paint plotch brush from the APP Neige, as you can see.
Add wordarts, and date.
