I loved the texture in the inspiration page https://ozone.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=322007&title=anna-lift&cat=1351. I couldn't find a paper quite to my liking so I scanned some burlap fabric and used color adjustments and erasers and brushes to get a nice effect.
Background is a papier from Anna Aspnes ArtPlay Palette Ablaze with Script Tease Learn overlays.

Frame is from Winter Frame Transfers No 1, supplemented with word art from ArtPlat Adventure to cover the 'snow' words An addition thin frame on top is from ArtPlay Lush.
Cluster consists of string and staple from ArtPlay Wander, bow from Retro Holiday, flower from ArtPLay Blossom, and the little Eiffel Tower charm from royanna (retired product).
A couple of Painted FotoBLendz No 1 with color overlays add background to the framed area,
Photo has a simple hue/saturation adjustment, with some brush work to blot out unwanted people in the background
Warm Glows add warmth in a couple of places.
