Script:
The pied-billed grebe does not have webbed feet. It has lobed toes that allow for easy paddling. During migration it flies at night. To escape danger the pied grebe prefers to dive under the water instead of taking flight. It spends most of its life on or under the water. When a predator is around the pied-billed grebe will usually dive under the water rather than fly away to escape the predator. It feeds mainly on fish and insects.
