Process: Processed photo in Artomoton App, clipped to mask, and placed on template. Recolored several paint and brush layers of template. Added transfers and splatters (recolored). Created road with Art Stroke. Replaced Template WordART with ArtPlay Palette GlobeTrotter WordART brush. Finished with elements.
