Beware of owls with glowing eyes and evil witches in disguise.

A great horned owl started coming to our trees in the summer and stayed. We listened to him in both the evenings and early mornings.

DK, I LOVE THIS! WOW! Like everyone else has said, that owl is amazing! With just his eyes, he becomes an abstraction, then, putting human glasses on him, he becomes unfamiliar but humanized at the same time, creating a really unique encounter in experiencing a subject that we see so often in scrapbook pages (owls) but, as you are proving with this beautiful work (!), we just haven't sufficiently questioned how we could make more of an owl's presence on a page! I LOVE WHAT YOU DID WITH THIS!!!! Great job!!!!
